✘ At the moment we are not accepting clothing.
✘ We don't accept worn-out furniture with termites or termite damage.
✘ We don't accept furniture with torn or heavily stained fabric.
NOTE: Items must be in good selling condition when they arrive at the store.

Have quality wood furniture that isn't in selling condition? Don't throw it away! We may be able to take it in at Re by Lau for restoration and workshops.

We review your items
We look over your photos, let you know which items we can accept, and set up an appointment for you to bring them in.

Bring them in (by appointment)
Drop-offs are by appointment at City Outlet Park, 255 Calle Matadero, San Juan (Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM). Without an appointment, the split is 60% for the store and 40% for you, and we may not be able to accept your items. We don't offer pickup, but we're happy to help you coordinate with trusted movers.

We sell for you
We sign a 90-day consignment agreement. We display and promote your pieces, and prices are reduced monthly to help them sell.

Get paid
With an appointment, we split the profit 50/50. Without an appointment, the split is 60% for the store and 40% for you. Receive your share as store credit, a check, or direct deposit.

How long is the contract?
90 days. After that, you have 30 more days to review your account and pick up unsold items.
What if I don't pick up my items?
Items not picked up by day 120 are transferred and donated.
